Catholic Cemeteries of Long Island's cemetery staff will be completing a full cleanup of decorations at our cemeteries. In addition to removing all Christmas decorations, cemetery staff will remove and discardany items from gravesites that are not permitted per the cemetery's rules and regulations.

Because of Covid 19 the Diocese is allowing Virtus Training on line - Zoom.  Please think of taking the class now, even if you plan to volunteer in the "far future".  Classes in the future will undoubtedly be "in person classes" and possibly given in other locations, than our parish or a parish near us. You can take this course in the comfort of your home.   CYO Coaches can take this course too as well as any other volunteers that have not taken the course before.

Cemetery grounds regulations are enforced daily, and general clean-up of all sections take place periodically throughout the year.  During these times, all grave planting and decorating items are subject to removal.  The placement of all items is regulated for the common good of all owners.  Nothing should be placed on top of the headstone (rocks or other decorative items).

Any item placed in violation of the planting and decorating regulations is SUBJECT TO REMOVAL AND

Confessions are held on Saturday afternoon's from 4:00-4:30pm at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Mattituck.  No appointments are needed at this time.  Thank you.

Marian Novena Prayers and Adoration is now taking place after the 9:00am Mass on Monday mornings. If a funeral is scheduled on a Monday morning, Adoration will be cancelled.
