Has volunteer staff who are licensed social workers, teachers and nurses

Can help people apply for Social Services or other eligibility programs

May provide one time emergency financial assistance (for basic living needs such as fuel or utility payments) to North Fork community members who qualify

Operates a food pantry Monday-Thursday 10am-1pm at the former St. Agnes School located at Front St. and 6th St. in Greenport

Operates a Thrift Shop (staffed entirely by volunteers in Southold across from Mullen Motors on Main Road.).  All proceeds from the shop are used to support outreach efforts

North Fork Parish Outreach is a not-for-profit organization, which is able to provide these services through the combined efforts, generosity and support of local volunteers, private and corporate donors, and the generosity of Sacred Heart parishioners.  On behalf of those we are privileged to serve, please accept our sincere thanks.
